BIA Innovator Campus, in partnership with Galway County Council, invites local tourism and hospitality businesses, community organisations, food and walking initiatives, and those involved in sustainable tourism and rural development to attend Regional Stakeholder Group Meeting 5, taking place in person at BIA Innovator Campus on Thursday, 19 February 2026, from 10:00am–12:30pm.
This meeting forms part of Semester 4 of the Interreg Europe Project Slowdown, to review progress, share learning, and help shape policy improvements and pilot actions to support Slow Tourism initiatives in Galway County.
Meeting focus: An update on the Slowdown project and Semester 4 learning, alongside stakeholder input on proposed policy improvements and pilot actions to support Slow Tourism in Galway County, including local gastronomy and walking initiatives.
