The Homeless HAP Scheme (Place Finder) provides additional financial and related supports to tenants and landlords, along with all of the benefits of the national HAP scheme.
If you have no place to live and can’t afford to get housing yourself, the Council may consider you homeless.
They can help with emergency places to stay, like hostels, B&Bs, or special housing for people in crisis.
