Expression of Interest Campaigns

Expression of Interest campaigns are carried out throughout the year.

These campaigns are for the following:

Provision of Turnkey Social Housing Delivery

• Provision of turnkey housing developments for social housing.
• Ideally in close proximity to services within an urban settlement/town/village, within walking distance of shops, schools, and local amenities.
• Must meet all relevant statutory planning and building control requirements.

Provision of Turnkey Affordable Purchase Housing Delivery

• Provision of turnkey housing developments for affordable housing across County Galway.
• Ideally in close proximity to services within an urban settlement/town/village, within walking distance of shops, schools, and local amenities.
• Must meet all relevant statutory planning and building control requirements.

Provision of Residentially Zoned Lands

• Acquisition of zoned residential lands (Phase 1 and 2) for housing delivery in Galway County.

Information on how to submit an EOI will be available when campaigns are live.

Please note that Galway County Council is not obliged to purchase any turnkey housing development or land submitted as part of this process.
