We invite landowners to sell residential zoned lands to support the 'Housing For All' plan, aimed at improving Ireland's housing system and providing more homes for diverse needs.
Helps tenants of local authority or approved housing bodies become homeowners. It provides an allowance towards mortgage repayments for the first five years.
Voluntary housing provides rented accommodation to those qualifying for social housing support, which are facilitated by Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs), and have been approved by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH) under section 6 (6) of the Housing Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1992.
