Galway County Council is committed to making playgrounds more inclusive through ongoing upgrades and refurbishments. Recent projects, supported by the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, have introduced wheelchair-accessible equipment and sensory play units. These improvements aim to ensure that children of all abilities can enjoy safe, engaging, and inclusive play environments.
