Regulations and Compliance

Planning Compliance is the process of complying with planning conditions set out in the Final Grant of permission issued by the Planning Authority, or in the Board Order issued by An Bord Pleanála.

A Development Contribution Scheme is used by the Local Authority to levy charges on new developments to fund essential public infrastructure. These contributions support services such as roads and community facilities that benefit both the development and the wider area.

A short-term let is when you rent out your property, or a room in your property, for people to stay there for less than 14 days at a time.
