Galway Libraries have three dedicated MakerSpaces, one in each of our city library branches; Ballybane, Galway City and Westside.
Set up with funding from Creative Ireland, these spaces are used to host diverse library events such as craft groups, LEGO workshops, art activities and much more. We have also worked with external groups like Foróige and Home School Liaison Officers to host events in our MakerSpaces.
