Community Enchancement Programme
Closing Date is 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 30th May 2019
Applications are invited from Community and Voluntary “not for profit” Groups for the Community Enhancement Programme (CEP) 2019 which provides funding to enhance community amenities and facilities, particularly those in disadvantaged areas. The funding covers capital projects only and should demonstrate added value. Match-funding from other sources is not a requirement under this programme.
Galway County Local Community Development Committee (LCDC) has been allocated an amount of €143,401 under the above Programme for:
• Type A: Small scale capital projects, up to a maximum grant of €3,000:
These include for example IT equipment, Sports Equipment, Safety Equipment, Training Equipment, energy efficiency equipment, etc. for voluntary groups.
• Type B: Medium scale capital projects, up to a maximum grant of €15,000:
These include, for example, development/renovation of Community Centres, improvements to town parks and community amenities, sports/recreation facilities, etc. for voluntary groups.
