Required Documentation
Section A
If you the applicant are on the Register to Vote at the address given on the attached application, the following is required:
- Completed Application Form
- A copy of the Vehicle Licensing Certificate/Log Book
NB Statutory Declaration can be disregarded in this case
OR
Section B
If you the applicant are not on the Register to Vote at the address given on attached application, the following is required:
- Completed Application Form
- Declaration to be fully completed & signed in the presence of a Peace Commissioner/Commissioner for Oaths or Practising Solicitor in Galway City/County.
- A copy of a Rent Book/Rental Agreement or two Utility Bills (i.e. electricity, gas, landline telephone)
- A copy of the Vehicle Licensing Certificate/Log Book
N.B. Please note that the vehicle must be registered to you the applicant at the address at which you are applying for the Residents Parking Permit.
