This weekend in Lettermore the Irish Wheelchair Quad Rugby Squad held a national training session. They also ran exhibition matches and played some competitive matches. A great weekend of sport and fun was had by all who attended from all over the country. (I have a lots of photographs from this weekends activity)
In Woodquay, the Irish Table Tennis squad attended for a weekend of intensive training in the lead up to next week’s international German Open. Members of the squad arrived on Saturday morning from all over Ireland and training continued until Sunday evening. Some junior members also attended.
