Housing Application files - for single rural houses and scheme houses
Tenancy files
These records are maintained on hard copy files and on computer
Non-Personal Records
Records regarding acquisition of land for housing (schemes and single rurals) and all aspects relating to the construction of houses are retained.
Records are also kept on:
(i) the housing waiting lists in specific areas and also for the whole county
(ii) the assessment of housing needs
(iii) policy matters in relation to all the services outlined above.
(iv) financial records relating to rent collection, tenant purchase annuity collection and house construction and maintenance.
(v) records or particulars provided by the County Council in accordance with Part X of the Local Government (Planning & Development) Regulations 1994
(vi) records of tenders sought and received for house construction. The above records are maintained on hard copy files and/or on computer.
